This application has been filed to accept the English Translation of the Tamil Will dated 31.01.2001 executed by Late Mrs.D.Sulochana registered as Document No.12 of 2001 in the office of the Sub Registrar, Sembium.

2. Taking into consideration the nature of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed and the English Translation copy of the Will dated 31.01.2001 may be accepted by the Registry.

3. The original petition may be numbered, if it is otherwise in order.

The Registry may endeavor to get the original translation copy of the Will before the final orders are passed in the original petition.
