Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the ptitioner in Crl.O.P. No. 11266 of 2021 dated 01.07.2021 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.ANANDHARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 01.07.2021 this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has not been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly. Hence, he opposed to relax the condition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to relax the condition and accordingly, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
