(CRIME NO.1229/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8321 of 2021 on dated 30.04.2021 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 until further orders.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.ANANDHARAJ, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner of the order dated 30.04.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8321 of 2021.
2. This Court, vide order dated 30.04.2021, directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has not complying the conditions imposed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. Considering the facts, the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8321 of 2021, this Court is not inclined to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, this order will not stand on the way for the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.8321 of 2021.
