ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 4(1)aaa, r/w 4(1-A)ii TNP Act and 6 and 7 TNRS Rule 2000 in Crime No.798 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 105 liters of ID Arrack. Hence, the complaint,

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case and prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner is having one previous case. Hence he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
