.. Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the concerned records relating to the order in Na. Ka. No.2408/A3/2018 dated 16.9.2020 passed by the 4th Respondent

and quash the same and consequently direct the 4th Respondent to fix the monthly rent in Respect of Shop No.1, New Bus Stand in Arani Municipality reasonably and other benefits.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect:
