This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.06.2023 and direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner without due process of law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, there is no FIR or petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner. Therefore, petitioner is not required for any enquiry and there is no harassment.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that there is no FIR or petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner and that petitioner is not required for any enquiry, this Court is of that there is no need for passing any orders in this petition.
