This Court, vide order dated 30.09.2022 closed the Contempt petition No.2052 of 2022 based on the submission made by the Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the order under contempt has been complied. However, the petitioner has come up with the present Sub Application seeking to reopen the said contempt petition.

2. A perusal of the material placed on record reveals that, this Court, vide order dated 13.04.2022 made in WP.No.9278 of 2022 issued direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as aggrieved persons if any, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, pursuant to which, the 2nd respondent, vide order dated 20.08.2022 rejected the petitioner's representation and a copy of the said proceedings/order was also produced before this Court today and the same was also communicated to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that, there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents/contemnors and accordingly, this Sub application stands closed.
