O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 41 of 2014, on the file of the first respondent police for an alleged offences under Section 498(A) & 506(ii) of IPC.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of the investigation, final report was filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.263 of 2014. The case itself has ended in acquittal on 19.06.2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this criminal original petition and the same is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
