C.M.P.No.11545 of 2022 in C.R.P.No.2124 of 2008 J.NISHA BANU,J.

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 99 days in filing the petition to restore the above CRP.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the contesting respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned, however, on payment of cost. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from today, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed, without any reference to this Court.

5. On payment of cost, Registry is directed to restore the C.R.P. and post the same for hearing on 13.09.2022.
