ORDER

This Contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order passed by this Court in MP.No.1 of 2013 in WP No.25038 of 2013 dated 05.09.2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that

the matter has been settled and he also made an endorsement to that effect, which reads thus:- "Contempt petition No.3150 of 2014 may be closed as settled and disobedience of the order of this Hon'ble Court does not arise'.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made by him, this contempt petition is closed.
