(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) It is submitted on behalf of the High Court administration that Notification No.1/2016 dated November 9, 2016, that is the subject-matter of the challenge in the writ petition, is no longer in force.
2. In view of the relevant notification dated November 9, 2016 no longer being applicable, the writ petition appears to have become infructuous.

petitioner's grievance are not addressed and the petitioner is left free to pursue whatever remedies may be available to the petitioner in accordance with law.
W.P.No.43243 of 2016 is disposed of on the above basis without any order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.37094 of 2016 is closed.
