This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Harur, for the speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.13 of 2016.

The revision petitioner is the plaintiff, who has filed the suit for the reliefs of partition and permanent injunction. 3.

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that despite the suit is filed in the year 2016, the suit could not be progressed and hence, a direction should be given for disposing the suit within a fixed time frame.

On perusal of the adjudication, it is seen that the suit is ripe for trial. The Court was adjourning the matter from time to time in view of the repeated adjournments given by the High Court due to covid-19 pandemic. But the fact remains that the suit is of the year 2016. It was an old suit pending for disposal even before the pandemic season. Taking into consideration of the long pendency of the suit, I feel the learned trial Judge should be impressed upon to dispose the suit at the earliest. 5.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of and the learned Subordinate Judge, Harur, is directed to dispose of the suit 2/4
