This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register an FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.06.2016.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 21.06.2016.

Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
