ANAND VENKATESH.,J This Court by an Order dated 28.11.2018, had directed the learned First Additional District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore, to complete the proceedings in SC.No.100 of 2013, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. Now the learned First Additional District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore has requested this Court to grant further period for completion of the aforesaid proceedings, as directed by this Court.

3. As requested by the learned First Additional District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore, time granted by this Court is extended by a period of three month from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court and the learned First Additional District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore is directed to file a compliance report immediately after the completion of the proceedings.
