ORDER

The petitioner has come forward to file the writ petition seeking writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to grant education loan to the petitioner herein for the payment of College fees for the academic years 2015-2016, 2016-2017 and 2017-2018.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the application made by the petitioner already will be processed and appropriate action will be taken within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. Recording the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
