Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein viz. the Chief Executive Officer, Tamil Nadu Wakf Board, Chennai, to dispose of the P.P. Case Nos.18 and 19 of 2013 and P.P. Case No.20 of 2013 pending before the 1st respondent by passing suitable orders on the said petitions at an early date.

passed an Order during the pendency of the writ petition and challenging the Order, a Civil Miscellaneous Appeal was filed and the said Civil Miscellaneous Appeal was allowed in the District Court.

2. This being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No Costs.
