This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.06.2016 and investigate the matter.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 18.06.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 13.08.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
