ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case on the complaint dated 04.04.2016 and investigate the same and file the charge sheet.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, who would submit that the complaint dated 04.04.2016 has been sent by post to the respondent.

3. In view of the above submission, this petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Crime Branch, Chennai, and on such a complaint being given, the same shall be allotted to concerned subordinate officer for enquiry and action be taken in accordance with law.
