The instant Writ Petition has been filed challenging seeking for Writ of Mandamus for regularization.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would fairly submits that, a similar batch of Writ Petitions were already disposed of as early as in the year 2022 in W.P.No.(MD) No.975 of 2021 etc batches in Dr.C.Sutha and others Vs. The Secretary to Government, Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services and others by and which, those writ petitions were dismissed. For easy reference, the relevant portion of the above judgement is extracted hereunder:
Learned counsel for the petitioners is fair enough to state that similar writ petitions have already been dismissed by a Coordinate Bench by order dated 01.04.2022. It was in a batch of writ petitions led by W.P.No.9891 of 2021.
2. The writ petitions therein were filed to seek regularisation of service. But, after a detailed discussion of all the issues raised by learned counsel for the parties, the writ petitions were dismissed.
3. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, these writ petitions are also dismissed in terms of the order dated 01.04.2022 made in W.P.No.9891 of 2021 and connected petitions.
4. It is made clear that if the order passed in W.P.No.9891 of 2021 is further challenged before the Division Bench, then this order would be guided by the final outcome of
the appeal. In other words, if the appeal is allowed or disposed of, the order therein would apply automatically to these writ petitioners also. It is to avoid further litigation. Consequently, WMP(MD) Nos.790, 788, 789, 791, 796, 797, 814, 817, 818, 819, 824 and 825 of 2020 are also dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
3. As such, the present Writ Petition is covered by the decision of the above order. As such, the issue involves in this Writ Petition is no longer res integra.
4. As such, in line with the order passed in W.P.No.9891 of 2020 and etc batch, present Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
