A.No.2868 of 2022 A.No.2868 of 2022 in T.O.S.No.42 of 2010 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN,J., This is an application filed to issue sub poena directing the production of specimen signature of K.Subramania Chetty maintained in the accounts mentioned in the application and give evidence.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents/defendants has no objection for allowing this application.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered view that the production of specimen signature of deceased K.Subramania Chetty is necessary for assisting the Court in coming to conclusion in T.O.S.No.42 of 2010. The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants have also no objection for allowing this application. Thus, this application is allowed.
