2. This petition has been filed praying to delete the name of the fourth petitioner Thulasimani from array of petitioners and add her as the second respondent, in C.M.P.No.23184 of 2019 in S.A.No.960 of 2007.

3. This Court has perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition and being satisfied with the reasons stated therein, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
