O R D E R

The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the terminal and retirement benefits due to the husband of the writ petitioner is yet to be settled. The husband of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

writ petitioner was employed in the Department of Animal Husbandry and passed away on 23.06.2013. However, the representation submitted by the writ petitioner in this regard to settle the terminal and pensionery benefits are yet to be considered.

2. Under these circumstances, without going into the merits of the matter the third respondent is directed consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 14.03.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copies of all other relevant documents, if any, along with the order passed in the present writ petition.

3. With these directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
