O R D E R

This Court, vide order dated 30.06.2025, directed the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur at Kumbakonam, to dispose of Special S.C.No.21 of 2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, pursuant to which, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur, sent a letter dated 04.02.2026 to the Registrar General of this Court seeking extension of time for disposing the aforesaid case.

2. Considering the request made by the learned trial Judge, time is extended for five months for disposal of Spl.S.C.No.21 of 2019 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
