ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to call the petitioner for interview between 24.11.2014 to 28.11.2014 or on any other date to be fixed by this Court for filling up the post of "Assistant Professor" in the Tamil Nadu Collegiate Educational Service in the Department of Computer Science in BC (Women) Category.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
