ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hads of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 4(1),5(1)(a), 6(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic ( Prevention) Act, 1956 in Cr.No.550 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused have illegally demanded money from the defacto complainant and hence he lodged a complaint before the respondent police and the respondent police had registered a case against the petitioner and other accused person.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Therefore, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and there are seven previous cases pending against the petitioner. He further submits that this Court had already dismissed the anticipatory https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

bail application for the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9294 of 2021 dated 14.06.2021. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there are seven previous cases pending against the petitioner and this Court had already dismissed the anticipatory bail application for the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9294 of 2021 dated 14.06.2021 and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
