Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate order or direction or directions in the nature of a writ calling upon the records relating to the letter No.K.K.NS/7270/2006 dated 15.11.2006 issued by the 2nd respondent relating to the Orientation Sketch of Block No.8 Dr.P.T.Rajan Salai, K.K.Nagar, Chennai-600 078 and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to issue a fresh Orientation Sketch after providing opportunities to all the Flat Owners of Block Nos.8 and 9 reflecting the existing common pathway wherein the common drainage system is provided in between the two Blocks. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
