(CRIME NO.200/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to furnish solvent sureties in the strength of order dated 03.06.2021 passed in Crl.O.P.No.9827/2021 in Crime No.200/2021 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police and thus render justice. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.SARANRAJ, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 03.06.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking extension of time to execute sureties.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserve to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Court and execute the sureties. All other conditions remain unaltered.
