submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil revision petition has become infructuous.

Recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner, in the event of the aforesaid R.E.P being restored, it is open to the petitioner to file appropriate application to restore this Civil Revision Petition.
