Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 13.09.2017 passed in Crl.M.P.No.11564 of 2017 in Crl.Appeal No.586 of 2017, pending disposal of the above Crl.Appeal No.586 of 2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.GOPINATH FOR M/S.MCGAN LAW FIRM, Advocate for the petitioner and of K.SRINIVASAN, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.11564 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.586 of 2017, dated 13.09.2017 the petitioner/appellant is before this Court with this petition.

2. Considering the grounds of appeal raised by the petitioner herein, sentence was suspended by this Court on 13.09.2017, with condition to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month.

3. Now, the petitioner seeks to relax the said condition.

4. The learned Special Public Prosecutor submits that only for the past four months the condition is being complied with and it is premature to relax the condition, since the petitioner hails out side Tamil Nadu.

5. Taking note of the fact, the petition is dismissed for the present.
