ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.69 of 2019 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 30.03.2019, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months.
