JUDGMENT

This appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 04.12.2000, made in MACT OP No.3703 of 1995 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (II Judge, Small Causes Court), Chennai, in and by which, the learned Tribunal had dismissed the claim of the claimant/appellant herein claiming a compensation of Rs.1,50,000/- for the injuries sustained by him, against the Insurance Company/second respondent herein. Today, when the matter is taken up, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant herein/claimant. Hence, the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
