It is also submitted that RCS notice was served on the defacto-complainant. 3.Recording the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that First Information Report in Crime No.502 of 2022 was closed as "Mistake of Fact", this Court is of the view that nothing survives in this petition.
