The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner / Official Liquidator brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner company went into liquidation on 29.02.2012 in C.P.No.68/2009, which was confirmed in O.S.A.No.124 of 2014 dated 05.08.2015 and the Claim Petition filed is yet to be adjudicated.

2. This being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
