Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.10.2013 on merits.

For Petitioner : Mr.A.Bobblie For Respondents: Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi Additional Govt.Pleader O R D E R The petitioner is the widow of Thiru.R.Natarajan, who worked as Special Grade Junior Assistant in Udhagamandalam. The husband of the petitioner died in harness on 27.12.1010. The petitioner submitted an application for compassionate appointment. The application is now pending on the file of first respondent. The present request is to direct the first respondent to forward the said application to the second respondent for passing appropriate orders.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the petitioner is yet to submit the documents to the first respondent, pursuant to his communication dated 29.08.2013.

3. The petitioner is directed to produce the documents required by the first respondent in the light of his communication dated 29.08.2013. The first respondent is directed to forward the application thereafter to the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the application as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of proposal.

5. The Writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
