The petitioner is stated to be a sub-lessee of an allottee of shop No.23 (Ground Floor), Chintadripet of Metro Railway. Since he vacated the shop as early as in the year 2010, the petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to return back the entire seized items from the petitioner's shop No.23 (Ground Floor), Chintadripet of Metro Railway, which was seized on 30.12.2010.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that at the time of taking possession inventories have been taken in the presence of the Revenue Inspector and the Government Railway police. The 16 inventories as recorded by the letter dated 30.12.2010 would be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

returned to the petitioner as and when the petitioner approaches the respondents.

3. Accordingly on the petitioner approaching the respondents, the 16 inventories as recorded in the letter dated 30.12.2010 will have to be returned to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
