The above matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". It is clarified that paragraph No.10 of this Court's earlier order dated 06.07.2023 in Tr.C.M.P.No.532 of 2023 shall be modified to the following effect:-

10. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondents in I.A.No.4 of 2023 to produce all the relevant documents before the Court below in respect of election conducted on 12.10.2021 and thereafter, in I.A.No.3 of 2023 to conduct enquiry for appointing an Advocate Commissioner to submit the documents before the Tamil Nadu Forensic Science and Laboratory (TNFSL) Kamaraja Salai, Mylapore, Chennai - 600 004, for the purpose of obtaining expert opinion and return the documents along with expert opinion. After receiving the expert opinion from TNFSL, the Court below is directed to dispose of the EL.O.P.No.72 of 2021 on the file the District Judge-II, Kancheepuram District, as 1/3

expeditiously as possible.
