The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the main suit in O.S.No.235 of 2020 has been withdrawn and hence nothing survives in this Transfer Miscellaneous Petition for adjudication and sought permission for withdrawal of the same.

2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
