Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the application No.2019/9005/02/485480/1213 dated 13.12.2019 in respect of property in survey No.653/1 patta No.7748 as per patta 653/1A3 of an extent of 2400 sq.ft. in Pallikaranai Village, Shollinganallur Taluk and issue patta.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the application No.2019/9005/02/485480/1213 dated 13.12.2019 in respect of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

property in survey No.653/1 patta No.7748 as per patta 653/1A3 of an extent of 2400 sq.ft. in Pallikaranai Village, Shollinganallur Taluk and issue patta.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the application submitted by the petitioner dated 13.12.2019 as per the report submitted by the second respondent and, after giving her opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
