By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner claims that she belongs to Adi Dravidar [Arundhadhiyar] Community and according to her, the 1st respondent had acquired the land comprised in S.No.637/1, situated at Vellaey Goundanpalayam village, Dharmapuri Taluk and District for the purpose of providing house site patta in favour of Schedule Caste [Arundadhiyar] community people. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that though she belongs to that community, she has not been granted any house site patta and in this regard, the petitioner had submitted representations on 30.03.2016 and 08.06.2016 to the respondents and since no response is forthcoming, the petitioner came forward to file the present writ petition.

4. Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 30.03.2016 and 08.06.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, after putting on notice the respondents 4 to 11 and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 4 to 11.
