PRAYER : Petition filed under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents herein for committing contempt of Court for disobeying the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.2501 of 2014, dated 31.01.2014.

O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.2501 of 2014, dated 31.01.2014, in and by which, this Court directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents considered the representation of the petitioner and rejected the same on 07.04.2020. Since the order passed by this Court has been complied with, nothing survives for adjudication in this Contempt Petition. 2 / 3

3. Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed and if the petitioner is still aggrieved, he is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
