Respondents Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the selection process in notification number 06/MRB/2018 dated 17.04.2018 issued by the second respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent to reconsider to fix the eligibility in the open category (OC) age from 35 to 40 years in the post of assistant medical officer Naturopathy and Yoga to the petitioner.

There is no representation for the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent submits that in pursuant to the notification dated 17.04.2018 issued by the second respondent, the entire selection process has been completed by 16.10.2018 itself and he placed a list of selected candidates before this Court. It is placed on record. Learned counsel also submitted that all the selected candidates have already joined into service, and at this stage, interference of this Court is not required.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent and on perusal of the provisional list of selection dated 16.10.2018, this Court is of the opinion that, as selection process has already been completed, at this stage, interference of this Court is unwarranted. 2/4

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed.

5. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
