ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) Seeking a direction the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter Ramya, D/o.Subramani, aged about 18 years before this Court and to set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the mother of the detenue. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the detenue has been secured on 06.11.2020 and handed over to the petitioner. The complaint lodged by the mother of the detenue has been withdrawn on the same day itself.

4.In such view of the matter, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
