2.The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the applicant lent money to the respondent and the entire amount has been settled by the respondent. Therefore, he prayed to raise the attachment order passed by this Court dated 01.03.2019 made in A.No.8288 of 2018. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, the attachment order passed by this Court dated 01.03.2019 made in A.No.8288 of 2018 is raised and the Application is allowed as prayed for.
