ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction, directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 28.10.2021, to allot a house in Flat No.6/18 constructed in Griyappa Road, T. Nagar, Chennai- 600 017.

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of Flat No.6/18, Griyappa Road, T. Nagar, Chennai. However, no allotment order was passed in favour of the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner submitted application and the same has not been considered by the respondents so far. 3.
Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 4.
The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents
submitted that there is a proper form to apply for allotment of any flat annexing the documents. The petitioner submitted representation without any document and it cannot be considered for allotment of any flat. 5.
Considering the above submissions, the petitioner is directed to submit application in proper form annexing all the documents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. On receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks thereafter. 6.
With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.
