This revision is filed seeking an order of this Court for speedy disposal of H.M.O.P. filed in the year 2023.

2. A perusal of the e-Courts status shows that the H.M.O.P.No.76 of 2023 was filed before the Sub Court, Harur on 18.08.2023 and the next hearing is on 24.07.2024 for filing counter.

3. Before the pleadings are complete, there is no question of giving a direction to the trial Court for speedy disposal. Hence, I am inclined to dismiss this revision.
