Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.10.2020 in accordance with law by returning 42 pigs (animals) which were illegally seized on 06.10.2020 at 8.00 p.m., by inhuman modes by Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirupur to the petitioner forthwith to secure the ends of justice.

ORDER

This matter is taken up for hearing through VideoConferencing mode. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that his pigs were seized by the respondents on 06.10.2020. In this Connection, the petitioner has sent representation dated 07.10.2020 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

19.10.2020. However, no orders have been passed by the respondent sofar.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that these animals are at the risk if they are not taken care properly. Considering the same, the respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders on or before 29.10.2020. The petitioner is directed to be present before concerned officer on 28.10.2020. The 1st respondent shall hear the petition before any orders are passed.

4. The petitioner is further directed to positively appear before the 1st respondent on 28.10.2020 at 2.30 p.m., the 1st competent respondent shall pass appropriate order on or before 29.10.2020 in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
