This application has been filed seeking to frame additional issues in the suit.

2. Issues were framed on 15.07.2021. The issues relating to counter claim made by the defendants were not incorporated. Hence, the applicants/ defendants 1 and 2 have come up with this application seeking re-casting of the issues.

3. Upon hearing the counsel for the parties, a need is felt that certain additional issues should be framed regarding the counter claim. Hence, this application is allowed.
