ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent herein to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 27.03.2015 given by the petitioner and investigate the matter in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police is conducting enquiry in CSR.No.223 of 2015.

4. The police shall conduct an enquiry and complete the same and either register a case or drop action expeditiously.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
