Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Raja Srinivas, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to hand over Shop No.B85, in Koyambedu Food Grain Complex in the category of Non George Town Traders Type II, by considering the petitioner's representation.

Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has remitted payments in full only on 20.11.2015 and within a reasonable time, the respondent will handover the shop.

The said submission made on behalf of the respondent is placed on record. There will be a direction to the respondent to hand over the shop in question to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
