Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the order in No.950/AaPaPi/2012 dated 21.02.2012 of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to register the document No.591/1981, lying with him, by accepting the necessary stamp duty and assign a permanent registration number to the said document and release the same to the petitioner.

ORDER

The writ petition was listed before this Court on 02.11.2021 and there was no representation for the petitioner and as such, posted the writ petition under the caption 'for dismissal' on 09.11.2021. Again, on 09.11.2021 the learned counsel for the petitioner represented and took an adjournment and the matter was adjourned to 23.11.2021 and directed the Registry to remove the caption 'for dismissal'.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, again, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner is not interested to proceed the matter.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
